Dr. Harsh Vardhan Puri, a pioneer in thoracic surgery, is one of the first National board-certified thoracic
surgeons in India. He embarked on his remarkable medical journey in Jammu, India, the same place where he
completed his primary education. He also completed his MBBS at the renowned Jammu University and got the
opportunity to get admission to Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, which was accredited as the "Mecca of super-specialist
medical education and treatment” in 2009.
His primary education and M.B.B.S are from City of Temples,
Jammu and Jammu University. His quest for higher education and training brought him to Sir Ganga Ram Hospital
